Ribbon Blender

Ribbon blender are widely used for homogeneous mixing of dry granules and powders. The blender has a "U" shaped tank, shaft with two sets of spiral ribbons, one inside the other. Inner and outer ribbons are perfectly arranged, that during rotation, the material reaches each corner of the trough and imparts radial and linear motion to the whole of the material to be mixed.We manufacture Ribbon Blender up to 5 Tons capacity of material IS 2062 Gr. A Ribbon Blender is used for uniform and homogeneous mixing of dry powders and granules. It is widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and allied industries where consistent mixing quality is critical.
The blender consists of a U-shaped trough and a central shaft fitted with inner and outer helical ribbons. During rotation, the outer ribbon moves material in one direction while the inner ribbon moves it in the opposite direction, ensuring radial and linear mixing across the entire batch, including the corners of the trough.
